Em Harrington has been in the live sports industry for the past five years, with experience in both broadcast production and game operations. She has constantly pursued unique and new experiences, that have lead her to be the first woman to perform as a technical director and producer for the Kalamazoo Wings. She was also the first individual outside of the Game Operations department to develop a promotional night, and the first person to develop all media assets for their event.
